Staging to Sell Your Home
Recently Cathy has taken a 2 day Staging course in Toronto. Staging
increases sale price.
Staging is ..depersonalizing a property to make it appeal to the most
number of buyers. It is cost effective because it tries to use what is already in the cottage to
increase the value of the property by rearranging it or packing it. Also painting is an important part of the
staging process where needed.
Peggy Miller, one of Cathy's assistants, also took the course and will be available
to assess and aid in the staging process when needed by Cathy's clients. We are always trying
to service our clients better.
