This section is dedicated to informing you
of several Important things to know when buying or
selling a house, cottage or property. It is also where you can
obtain useful checklists, and forms that will be needed for your sale or
purchase.
In the Message to Buyers section, you will
find submission forms for you to fill out that will come to our office
in advance of our meeting. These forms and checklists will help
you be prepared for task at hand, buying or selling. You may also
print these forms out and bring them with you. In this section and
the Message to Sellers section we have
provided you with a great deal of detailed information concerning
Realtors, contracts and more to aid in your dealings with
Realtors.
